You would need to execute it on your remote server. It shouldnā€™t matter where you place it, though for convenience, putting it inside a folder on your path can make it easier to start.

Guys, Iā€™m still on an Intel Mac (boohoo poor me), so could you please help a friend out with instructions to run the remote tunnel?

Iā€™m trying to access the Cursor instance on my Mac from my iPad (for portability reasons). How can I achieve this?

I looked everywhere but Iā€™m stuck.

Hi @AIWithShrey, we do not have a web or iOS version of the IDE.

Hi, do you guys have access to Remote - Tunnels as for December 2025? I had it until the last days of November and it suddently disappeared from the marketplace!!!

I use it to connect to an HPC cluster and do development there but now it is gone. I would appreciate to know what you guys know about it.

I like Cursor but without this feature is not that much worth for me.

Tunnel started and authorized. But I canā€™t find a way to install the cursorā€™s tunnel extension.

Same issue. Have you figure out how to install tunnel extension in cursor?
