Rename feature is unsuable since it cancels all the time
Steps to Reproduce
Kick of multiple agents and try renaming one of the chats
2/3 times the rename cancels midway, meaning that I basically have to rename all my chats twice
Expected Behavior
When renaming a chat I do not expect the renaming to get canceled midway

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
