When writing @filename in the chat, it’d be nice if the suggestion menu doesn’t show files you’ve already referenced (based on all of the files currently in the “Will Use” section).
This is useful if you have a lot of files with the same/similar name but in different directories. Then if you write @pattern over and over, it’s faster to add the remaining files you want, instead of seeing a bunch of things you’ve already added.
I’ve often wondered what the Will Use section does, and I have tried to ‘delete’ items from there but could not - perhaps it refers to all previous ‘contexts’ that it has been provided with in the chat, and so those previous contexts can not be removed?
If that is the case, then yes it would seem that your suggestion:
Don’t show files present in the ‘Will Use’ area in the @ dropdown
would be appropriate, because the chat is already referencing those files.
