Hi I would like to request a refund for my email [email protected]. I bought an annual subscription on Sep.16th.2024, however I will switch to another account so I want to get back the refund amount left on the plan for this account. I received an Email from [email protected] telling me that he could help process the refund if I reply directly in the email, but I never get any further response back later, could you help me process my refund? I wanted / requested a refund also, love how they ignored you as much as they ignored me, seems cursor doesn’t do refunds, doesn’t even discuss them.

Its been nearly a week of aksing for a refund, asking for help, sending error codes, I cancelled within 24 hours because it went from amazzing to utter trash, a complete disgrace of a service. they sold me a car and then took the wheels off. i dont see a refund button and the email response is dead in the water. anoyingly grok the same ama\ingf then you pay for a year and it strips the brains and ability from the bot.. did anyone actually get a refund for the sheer brazen rip off this is and its a known thing to which makes it even worse only i didnt know they would rip me off when i reviewed the service for my self, it was only when it turned to trash did i find out its the system its self that has turned into this trashy mess for paying users.
