Subscription Fee Refund Request

Since the date I purchased my Business Account, I noticed that the number of request limits remained the same due to insufficient information provided. For this reason, I would like to cancel my premium account purchase and request a refund. Apart from the trial, I have not used the service in any way after the purchase. On 15.11.2024, just 30 minutes after the purchase, I also sent an email regarding this issue, but no one has responded yet. I DEMAND A REFUND OF MY PAYMENT.

Is no one checking the requests and emails sent to [email protected]?

hey! please dm me and i’ll take care of it!

My bill 81001B90-0004 was automatically deducted today, and I want a refund

I have sent multiple emails to the official mailbox, but all I received were automated responses. I only got one human reply, which was unhelpful. I am willing to accept a partial refund and will not use the service again. Could a staff member please process my refund request manually? I only used it on the first day and applied for a refund the next day, asking only for a refund for the unused portion. Is that not allowed? This is inconsistent with consumers’ legitimate rights and interests.I’m just a student, and $20 is a heavy burden for me. Could you please process my refund quickly? I can’t make international calls, so I’m trying to post in the community, hoping you can follow up on my refund application.

I am writing to restate my position regarding the refund request for transaction #QD4NAN1D-0001. I appreciate your previous reply, but I believe my case warrants reconsideration on the basis of fairness and practical service usability.

I acknowledge that I have used the service for a very limited period (less than two hours). I am therefore not requesting a full refund, but a proportional refund for the unused portion of my subscription. This approach fairly accounts for the minimal usage while acknowledging the significant portion of the service I could not access.

The core issue remains that the primary models I intended to use are not accessible in my region, which severely limits my ability to utilize Cursor for programming tasks as intended. When a service cannot be functionally used due to regional restrictions—a factor beyond my control—basic principles of consumer rights and fair business practice suggest that a refund for the inaccessible service is reasonable.

I urge you to reconsider my request from the perspective of consumer fairness. A proportional refund for the unusable portion of my subscription would be a fair and equitable resolution.

Please let me know if you require any further information from me to process this request. I look forward to your positive response.
