No Response from Cursor Pro Support – Subscription Cancellation & Due Amount

Hello everyone,

I emailed Cursor Pro Support on Thursday, February 13, 2025, requesting cancellation of my subscription and removal of the due amount ($20) from my account (Invoice #96B7FF91-0003). I haven’t used single request from that day. However, I haven’t received any response from them yet.

Since my payment attempt failed due to insufficient funds, I do not wish to continue with the premium service and want to ensure I am not charged in the future.

Has anyone else experienced delays in responses from Cursor Pro support? How long does it typically take for them to reply? Should I send a follow-up email or try reaching out through another channel?

Hey, you can cancel your subscription yourself by going to your account and clicking the “Manage Subscription” button, where you can cancel it. As for the refund, you will be contacted.

Done that already for the next month but i want to remove for the current month and there is no way in there to remove it. Can you Please review the email. I am getting emails daily reminding the payment was unsuccessful. I don’t want to continue using that but the stripe web-hook is sending me email daily. How many no.of days does it take for cursor to reply a simple email?

@sudipnext I am having the same issue, even though I downgraded my plan to free plan and canceled my subscription exactly the last day from the paid month and I am still getting notifications about Stripe trying to charge 20$, that’s really NOT COOL at ALL.

Anyone here knows how to stop Stripe from trying to charge for a canceled subscription!?

My Card is charging me 0.30$ for every single failed transaction, and this is happening to me since 28th June :pensive_face:
