Hello everyone,
I emailed Cursor Pro Support on Thursday, February 13, 2025, requesting cancellation of my subscription and removal of the due amount ($20) from my account (Invoice #96B7FF91-0003). I haven’t used single request from that day. However, I haven’t received any response from them yet.
Since my payment attempt failed due to insufficient funds, I do not wish to continue with the premium service and want to ensure I am not charged in the future.
Has anyone else experienced delays in responses from Cursor Pro support? How long does it typically take for them to reply? Should I send a follow-up email or try reaching out through another channel?
Any advice would be appreciated
