I am writing to formally request a full refund for the annual Fast Request subscription I purchased on November 13th, 2024. Despite this payment, I have not received any confirmation regarding the refund or resolution to my issues.
I have noticed on my subscription page that the number of Fast Requests has been reduced from 1500 to 1000, yet the payment remains unchanged. I’ve attempted to resolve this matter through the forums previously, but my concerns have not been addressed.
I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of communication and transparency regarding this issue. Adding to my frustration, I have seen reports from other users stating that if they attempt to upgrade again, they are double-charged, which is unacceptable. I am currently in the process of downgrading, but my payment has not been updated to reflect this, nor has my ability to utilize the subscription been clarified.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide me with:
- A full refund for the annual Fast Request subscription purchased on November 13th, 2024.
- Clear confirmation of the changes to my subscription status.
- Assurance that no further payments will be processed or that double charges will occur if I upgrade or modify my plan in the future.
