Duplicate Payment - No Response

Hi,

I noticed that I’ve been charged for two Cursor Pro subscriptions instead of one. I only intended to subscribe to a single plan, which should have been $20, but I was charged $40 instead.

I already emailed hi@cursor.com regarding this issue but haven’t received any response yet. Could someone please confirm whether my email has been received and provide an update on the refund process?

As a student, this overcharge is a significant financial burden for me, and I would really appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
