I recently subscribed to Cursor. After filling out my payment info and subscribing, it initially didn’t reflect on my IDE. I tried this process 3 more times and later realized that I was logged in from a different account in my IDE. I then sent an email to hi@cursor.com but haven’t received a response. Asking here for help in getting a refund.
Still no response, I’ve sent an email to hi@cursor.com because I’ve been billed for 4 subscriptions. They aren’t responding. What’s worse is that my account does not even reflect a Cursor Pro subscription. Hoping someone here can help me get to the right people and get me a refund.
