I’ve received the refund notification, and I really appreciate how quickly it was processed — within just an hour!

Thank you for your prompt response and for processing a partial refund. However, I would like to kindly request a full refund of my payment of $192.

When I signed up, I believed I was starting a trial period, and I was not aware that the annual fee would be charged immediately. I only used the plan for one day, and it was not my intention to purchase the full year in advance.

Since this was a genuine misunderstanding on my part, I kindly ask for your understanding and support in refunding the remaining amount ($13.64) so that the total refund equals my full payment of $192.
