I am writing to request a change in my current subscription plan and a partial refund. I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan, but I would like to switch to the monthly subscription plan instead.
The yearly plan does not align with my current usage needs, and I believe the monthly plan will be a better fit moving forward. Could you please guide me through the process of making this change and confirm if I am eligible for a refund of the remaining balance from my yearly subscription?
