Restore checkpoint doing nothing

Describe the Bug

Hi, so basically when restoring a checkpoint its not changing or reverting anything back to how it was before which has completely messed up what I’m doing as its lost files and not cannot revert back to get them back.

Steps to Reproduce

Not really sure, it literally was working a few hours before I think I restarted my cursor and its now on the latest version and its completely stopped working.

Expected Behavior

When you press restore checkpoint it reverts all files and changes back to how they was before you made that prompt

Windows 10/11

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

I have just downgraded hoping I could go revert back the changes it has made and its completely broken now and everything I have done is basically unusable

Hey, this is still an issue even in v1.3.8
I have the exact experience just now. This was reported previously in 1.3.0 (if I’m not mistaken) and thought it was already fixed. Fortunately, I have git.

I am also having issues with the restore checkpoint feature in version 1.3.8 on Mac
