Deletes files when reverting

Describe the Bug

Every time I go back to use a previous request and revert the changes, all the reverted files are deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

Clic over “Restore checkpoint”

Expected Behavior

Only revert changes and don’t delete files.

MacOS

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

i think with update 1.3.0 came lots of issues, LOTS!

I believe Cursor team is working on urgent fixes for the new update as we speak.

I already downgraded to 1.24
