Revert deleting many files, even those not edited

Describe the Bug

Since the last update, any kind of revert operation just deletes dozen of files. Files which weren’t touched by any kind of edit.

Steps to Reproduce

Do a prompt. Click revert. Or “continue and revert”

Expected Behavior

Code reverts to pre prompt status

This is an issue with 1.3.0 that is being fixed now. Apologies for the update causing the bug for you.

Haha, devs are not vibe coding it but this one slipped through despite testing and test releases.
