Restoring happening Without Confirmation When Changing a Stopped Request

The problem happens as follows

1. I have multiple edits not yet accepted
2. I make a new request it starts going but I stop it right away as i want to fix something in the code before it runs.
3. I make the manual edits to the page that I wanted.
4. I click inside the stopped chat window and resend the request and it causes all of edit from step 3 to be removed with no warning.

This doesn’t feel like proper UX and causes me to lose work often as I don’t think it will revert my changes.

I would only to expect it to revert if I explicitly click the “Restore Checkpoint” button

The “revert changes” message goes away when i click inside the chat window to rewrite it making me think that it WONT revert the changes.
