Accidentally clicking “Undo All” at the end of an agent chat session is a dangerous and expensive mistake affecting multiple files in a seemingly irrecoverable way. A simple confirmation dialog after clicking any “undo all” button would be great.
I accidentally just hit this because it is right above the chat box so being literally two millimeters of a click off is the difference between clicking in the chat box and nuking everything you’ve been doing for over an hour. This is absolutely catastrophic and yet there’s no confirmation. It just nukes everything.
Please for the love of god if you’re going to have a “just go ahead and delete everything we’ve been doing” button - make it confirm.

what sucks too, is if you Ctrl+Z after hitting undo all, it may or may not revert the changes but then there are no diff lines sometimes, so then you are even more confused with the state of the changes.
