Run tooltip lingers after pressing the button

Describe the Bug

Minor annoying bug where clicking Run leaves behind the tooltip until some next action.

Steps to Reproduce

Get agent to ask to run a command. Click Run. The tooltip on Run should linger.

Expected Behavior

Tooltip should disappear after the button is pressed.
