"Scroll to previous message" panel at the top of the chat window

Most of the time I have to scroll a lot through the chat to get to my last message box and edit it.

Add a thin “scroll to previous message” top panel, that is shown whenever there is a chat input box above.

Additionally, scrolling down could be made more convenient by a similar button at the bottom.

Hey, you can navigate using the up/down arrows through previous requests. Press the up arrow twice in the chat, the first press will move the focus to the add context, and the next one to your previous request. Then press enter on the request you want to edit.
