Never happened before but now it happens quite a lot, when model decides to search web like for some api documentation or such, it just ends up with context being too big, saying “Your conversation is too long. Please try creating a new conversation or shortening your messages - Start new thread with summary” which ends up with model being completely lost… I had to stop letting the model search the web for it to not happen… Is there a way of setting something so it only opens like first two links or such? because it looks like it opens a lot of links and fills its context completely… thats quite unuseful
You can manually @URL give him the necessary URLs and that solves it
Searching for URLs gets all the text within that URL (no images are visible) more text takes up a lot of context and creates illusions
well thats what i started to do, but its a pitty, in past he just searched for it himself and it worked, it was even cheaper that way, because now i have to stop him, send him the links and that creates new request for agent instead of using just one i use two this way, I mean its cents, so not a big problem, but I just dont understand what changed, it never happened to me last 6 months, now it happens quite a lot.
It’s a real pain, I think you could try copying the document locally and giving it to him In fact it’s still necessary for us to manually look at what’s in the document. There’s a lot of publicly available data that’s outdated and contaminated with data that’s not useful. We need to manually sift through the documents to see which ones are useful and give them to him.
