"Set new limit" banner stays after Pro+ payment on The X Subscription

Describe the Bug

I am on the Pro+ plan and already completed payment through The X Subscription. The chat still keeps showing a “Set new limit” button/banner, and it comes back every time I open or use chat. There is no way to dismiss it. The plan is already paid, so this limit prompt should not stay on screen.

My included usage for this period is not exhausted.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a Pro+ plan that was paid through The X Subscription.
  2. Open Cursor and start or continue a chat.
  3. A “Set new limit” button stays above the chat input.
  4. Leave it, send another message, or restart Cursor.
  5. The same button comes back and cannot be dismissed.
