Should I nuke old Composer sessions?

I am wondering from a context standpoint, is there any benefit to keeping old Composer sessions around? In other words, if I nuke old sessions, will Cursor have less overall context for future Composer sessions? Are leaving old Composer sessions resource-intensive?

Trying to figure out a strategy for cleaning up Composer sessions from the past. Forgive me if there’s something about this already, tried searching but didn’t see anything. Thanks!

I think old sessions don’t interfere with new ones since you start fresh with each new session. However, if you don’t need previous sessions, you can delete them. I always keep my chat and Composer history organized to avoid clutter and easily find the chats I need.

Thanks! If I leave them, how much space do they take on my HDD? Trying to determine how aggressively I need to prune these to keep things running quickly. For example, if I’ve been going back forth for an hour with Composer with a moderately-sized front end project and lots of context, is that like 200MB or something?
