Current behavior
When a new Grok Bot app version ships, Settings → Updates only has Update Track (Stable / Nightly) and Check for Updates. There is no in-app changelog, release-notes panel, or What’s new sheet after an update. There is also no public versioned changelog page.

Proposed behavior
Whenever a new Grok Bot version is released, show the changelog in the app (Updates tab and/or a post-update What’s new sheet) with the version number and dated notes. Prefer also publishing the same notes to a durable public page so desktop and iOS stay in sync. X posts are not a substitute: they are not versioned, easy to miss, and not available inside the app after Check for Updates.
Who it hurts
People who maintain workflows, connectors, and routines cannot tell what changed between versions, so they cannot decide whether to update or how to adjust automations.
Why existing threads do not already cover this
- GrokBot Official Changelog is a Help question (category Help, no votes). Staff pointed at X; that is a workaround, not shipping an in-app/versioned changelog.
- Grok Bot Gmail connector can list attachments but cannot download their bytes post 8 asked for a changelog page as an aside on a Gmail-connector topic.
- Detailed changelog is a Cursor IDE/docs request, not Grok Bot.
