Sidebar toggle (⌘B) does not work when a Browser Tab is open

Describe the Bug

When I open a Browser Tab, pressing the keyboard shortcut ⌘B fails to close or open the Sidebar. However, after closing the Browser Tab, pressing ⌘B on the keyboard can now properly open or close the Sidebar.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a Browser Tab inside Cursor
Press ⌘B → Sidebar does not toggle
Close the Browser Tab
Press ⌘B → Sidebar toggles normally
