Diagnostics needed:

  1. Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics - share a screenshot
  2. Disable HTTP/2: Press CMD+, > search “HTTP/2” > enable “Disable HTTP/2” > restart Cursor
  3. Test with clean profile: cursor --user-data-dir=/tmp/cursor-test from terminal

Please also share:

  • 2-3 Request IDs from failed attempts (Chat menu > Copy Request ID)
  • What extensions do you have installed?
  • Are you using any MCP servers?
  • What region/country are you in?
  • Using VPN or proxy?
