They might definitely using that o3-mini-low instead of o3-mini-high i can clearly feel the vibe difference, no doubt at all, cursor is grate but they should have to be transparent with devs even though what ever they do!
Hey, we are using o3-mini medium.
Thanks for the clarification, do u guys having any plans to use the o3-mini-high?
I think we’ll offer more options soon, but I can’t say for sure yet.
just updated to high
!
@ericzakariasson That’s great!
But could you please check the code application and other problems that are occurring? There are several reports in the forum from different users, although o3-mini is available, it is very difficult to work with it because it confuses files, does not apply code, does not show code, you have to repeat many times to proceed to modify, to show diff, etc.
It’s happening to me with the latest version 0.45.8, I tried with new composers from scratch, deleting and reindexing the codebase, etc.
Thanks!
absolutely, we’re looking into it! thanks for the report, all of these help!
This is awesome news! I tried it yesterday and the model performed very poorly, so I quit using Cursor chat and switched back to ChatGPT to access o3 mini high. But I tried again and now o3 mini is working amazing in Cursor. Love it!
That’s light speed kudos to Cursor Team!
