Good evening. Often, after I’ve been working on an issue for a while, I will try to send files to Chat (or to Composer):
Add Files to Chat (or)
Add Files to Cursor
And cursor won’t be able to read them. I will try sending one file, AND opening the file in the editor, AND pasting the contents in the chat window. It won’t see it. It just keeps asking me to upload. I will exit Cursor and come back in and the same things happens. A couple of posts on this and haven’t seen a response that fixes the problem for me.
This happens frequently enough that I may stop using Cursor. I’m using Cursor actively enough to pay for many tokens and this stops me dead in my tracks.
Check the forum to ensure the issue hasn’t been reported already

Tell us your operating system and your Cursor version (e.g., Windows, 0.x.x).
Tell us if the issue stops you from using Cursor.
