Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Source Control does not work. It worked just fine before the latest update. And yes, it works on VS Code.

Steps to Reproduce

Just update the version to 2.4.14

Hey, thanks for the report.

This is a known issue, tracked here: Version Control can't detect Git folder

The bug shows up across different versions (2.2.17+), including your 2.4.14.

Workaround that works:
Roll back to version 2.3. A few users confirmed it helped. You can download older versions here: Download · Cursor
