Source Control Notifications

The lack of notification in horizontal mode [is reported in other posts]:

• Source Control icon in the panel does not indicate about the uncommited changes
• VSCode traditional side panel option
• The horizontal activity bar should have the same badges as the vertical bar - #13 by pbechliv
• Show Git Pending Changes Count
• Show git diff notification like this
