Hi, I need the receipt every month for bookkeeping. If it’s sent to my mailbox, it’s automatically recognized by software. Right now, i have to go to the site, log in if needed, click settings, click manage subscription, download the invoice, go to my bookkeeping software, find the transaction, upload the pdf, and save. This could all be fully automated if Cursor would send an automatic email! And I am certain I’m not alone. Since you use Stripe, all you need to do is change a setting on your dashboard: “Email customers about successful payments” found at Stripe Login | Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard Here is additional information: Why did Stripe not send an email receipt for my successfully paid Invoice? :... Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. You are not alone. This would also benefit us.

Any update on this? I still don’t see receipts coming over email. Do I need to click something somewhere to enable that? I know how to go download the receipt, but want it to be emailed monthly.

This is also something I would very much like to have, so far this works in your favor because I signed up for the yearly plan instead to not have the monthly hassle of downloading an invoice. This is really something that factors into my purchasing decision as a business customer because it makes an already boring/annoying chore like accounting that more onerous, a monthly reminder to reconsider a subscription, anything that makes this a smoother experience would be very much appreciated.

Same here, and it looks like it’s just a checkbox they have to check on their Stripe settings…

Same here  Would be grat if this will be possible. Thx

Topic anniversary! Could you consider allocating some time to enable this switch? This is clearly a waste of time and a source of frustration for all your professional customers

Topic anniversary indeed. And, as mentioned, it’s just for the Cursor team to flip a switch to enable it in Stripe: Send customer emails | Stripe Documentation My guess is that it’s a branding thing (if not associated with a cost from Stripe?) that this hasn’t got any attention. Is there any way to vote on features for Cursor on the forum?

Yes, you can vote on “Feature Request” type posts. this one is a feedback apparently
