Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

If you open a Subagent, its work is shown as Completed in the Agent chat, even if this is not the case.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Ask the Agent to launch the Subagent.
  2. Click on the running Subagent.

Thanks for the report and the clear repro steps. I was able to reproduce it exactly as you said.

It looks like the parent chat can incorrectly show the subagent as Completed after opening the subagent and returning, even though the subagent is still running. I raised a bug report and we’ll let you know when it’s fixed!

In the meantime, the subagent’s own view should be the more reliable source of truth for whether it’s still working.
