Team Usage Analysis N

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Somewhere else…

Describe the Bug

In the Team Usage / Analytics view, not all active team members are visible in the user filter dropdown, even though they are actively using Cursor and generating usage.

This was working correctly until recently. Until February 25, all active users were visible, but now several have disappeared from the UI despite continued usage. This results in incomplete and misleading per-user analytics.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Team Settings → Analytics / Usage

Select any time range (e.g. 7d, 1d, 30d)

Open the user filter dropdown

Compare visible users with actual active team members generating usage (via logs or known activity)

Expected Behavior

All team members who have generated usage within the selected time range should appear in the user filter and be selectable.

Additional Information

2 users do not show recent usage

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the detailed report and the screenshots.

From the screenshots, I can see that on the 30d chart the user’s activity stops after around Feb 24, but the heatmap below shows that work is still continuing. This confirms an issue with the analytics pipeline.

The team is aware of this problem. For some users, data stops showing up in daily usage even though the activity is still being recorded.

One question. Can you share the email addresses of the 2 users who aren’t showing up? That’ll help us track down the issue more accurately on the backend.
