Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue. The dashboard is showing analytics incorrectly for some accounts. The data is actually there, but the panel can’t load it because of a bug on our side.

The team is aware. We don’t have an exact ETA yet. We’ll post an update here as soon as we have news.

Thanks for your prompt and kind response!

Wish you a great day!

Hey @andy_sherlock — thanks for your patience on this, and sorry it took a while to circle back as promised.

Good news: we tracked down the root cause. Your account is tied to a couple of self-serve teams that were created but never subscribed, which caused the dashboard to look for your activity under the wrong account and come back empty — even though all your usage was being recorded correctly the whole time. We’ve fixed how those analytics queries resolve your data, and the change covering accounts like yours has just rolled out.

Could you head back to cursor.com/dashboard and refresh (this was a server-side fix, so no Cursor update is needed)? Your “Your Analytics” panel and chart should populate with your real activity. Since this just went live, give it a little time if it’s still catching up — and if it’s still empty after that, reply here, and we’ll jump straight back on it.
