Describe the Bug

The cursor dashboard analytics & Overview page stopped showing proper usage data after June 3rd 2026. I am able to see the usage and spending on the Usage tab but not on overview page on https://cursor.com/t/granicus especially after June 3rd.
The other team members are able to view their data usage, spending patterns etc correctly
Attached SS: analytics_cursor show zero data for June 9th week , but the usage_cursor shows correct data.

Tried other browsers, incognito, cache refresh , log in log out

Steps to Reproduce

Login to Cursor with my email ID [email protected]
Load the dashboard, Check the overview & analytics tabs & compare with the Usage tabs.

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Messages Sent showing 0 - this is a known bug. We’re aware of an issue, starting in early June, where the Analytics dashboard under-reports the Messages Sent metric (it shows 0 even when there’s plenty of activity). This is a reporting/display problem in the dashboard aggregation only - your actual usage is unaffected and is still being recorded correctly on our side, which is why the Usage tab continues to show accurate data. Our team is working on a fix. For now, the Usage tab is the reliable source for your real activity and spend.

Tab Completions and AI Share of Committed Code can be 0 for a different reason. These two aren’t part of the same bug:

  • Tab Completions counts only accepted Cursor Tab (inline autocomplete) suggestions. It does not include Agent/Composer edits. If your workflow is mostly Agent-based, this number can legitimately be low or zero even with heavy daily use (your Agent Edits / AI Line Edits reflect that activity).
  • AI Share of Committed Code populates from commit analytics, so it stays on the “No AI Commit Analytics Available Yet” empty state until commit data is being attributed to your account.

So the short version: the Messages Sent gap is a genuine reporting bug we’re fixing, while the other two reflect how those specific metrics are measured. I’ll follow up here once the Messages Sent fix is out.

Thanks for the quick response. This bug didnt occur on other teammates in the same Enterprise Account, hence was confused, looking forward to the fix.
