Terminal broken on v3.1.15

Describe the Bug

Right after upgrading to v3.1.15, when I open a terminal in my project, the terminal prompt doesn’t show up and I can’t type anything in the terminal at all. I’m not sure which version I had before, but I had just updated a few days prior and the terminal was working fine.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Upgrade to v3.1.15
  • open terminal in project
  • notice the lack of terminal prompt
  • try to type something and get disappointed.

Expected Behavior

The terminal prompt should show and the terminal should accept characters to be typed in.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

same for me, it’s incredibly frustrating, also git doesn’t load for me either in additional to the terminal

Just fixed it by closing cursor with cmd+Q and restarting it.
