Terminal Command execute but Stuck in Running Terminal Command

Describe the Bug

Terminal commands are executed but the agent gets stuck. The chat window says “Running terminal command”. I tried with Agent manual and auto-run options. This issues started when I updated Cursor to the lastest update.

Steps to Reproduce

Agent (Claude-Sonnet 4) execute a terminal command, then on top on chat windows says “Running terminal command…”

Operating System

MacOS

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Version: 1.1.6 (Universal)
VSCode Version: 1.96.2

same here - workaournd solution, that works for me:

click in the output window (with the commandline prompt) and quickly (slow might/might not work) double hit the Enter-key.

I get the same issue no fix atm not sure how this issue is going to be resolved I though it may be due to the LLM agent taking its time I left it over 4hours and no result , nor does it timeout,
