Describe the Bug
From few days ago, running any terminal command from agent in ssh remote session halts the agent output.
Even a simple prompt like “Debug yourself. Execute echo "hello world" in terminal” tries to start a terminal , but freezes there. not even a cancel button appears.
Tried gpt-5, gpt-5-codex, sonnet, etc.. all with same behavior.
This bug occurred last week.
Steps to Reproduce
simple prompt like “Debug yourself. Execute echo "hello world" in terminal”
Expected Behavior
agent executes terminal command.

This only happens on a ssh remote host. (local mac client connecting to linux host)
With the same bash env, on local mac, this works fine.
Does this stop you from using Cursor
