After upgrading to 0.4.11, the api key switch in the settings is missing.

How does one invoke “the dev tools”? Or am I too dleep to understand obvious?

If I want to look at/for “the dev tools” in my cursor, how do?

To open the dev tools, go to the menu and select Help > Toggle Developer Tools.
