I installed cursor on disk D during installation, but every time I close cursor it pops up a report saying that cursor cannot be found in the default installation path (of course), and then saves me a log file, which is very annoying, how should I solve it?
Hey, it seems related to an update. Cursor downloads the update to a folder on the C drive. You can go there and install the update, or download the new version from our website. Could you also let us know which version of Cursor you’re using?
My cursor is downloaded on D drive. im using 0.45.14
Just go to that folder and delete the file from there. Use this path:
C:\Users\DUDUDU\AppData\Local\Programs\cursor\Cursor.exe
