I subscribed to cursor pro, but in agent mode, the failure rate when applying is very high, and I often need to reapply multiple times. cursor even directly deletes files and creates a new one, and even calls the command line to delete and create a new one.
This issue has caused my 500 permissions to be consumed at double the speed and made it easier to reach the limit of 25 callbacks per conversation.
The most important thing is that its work often fails and interrupts, seriously affecting the efficiency of programming.
I don’t know what the principle of ‘apply’ is, and I also don’t know how to set it up to ensure the success rate of ‘apply’. Since it doesn’t always fail, I don’t think it’s my problem with setting it up.
My work path is very clean, with only letters, no special characters, and no permission to modify directories.
This problem is very bad, making me doubt whether cursor is worth continuing to pay or trying other AI IDEs. Maybe some features are not as good as cursor, but at least it can complete the work smoothly instead of spending 5 interactions to reapply and ultimately fail.
My Cursor Version is:0.46.9 (Universal)
