The outline section buttons disappear unexpectedly when scrolling the page

Bug Description:

The outline section buttons disappear unexpectedly when scrolling the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.	Open the page containing the outline buttons.
2.	Scroll the page up and down.
3.	Notice that the outline buttons disappear as the page scrolls.

Expected Behavior:
The outline buttons should remain visible and fixed in place, regardless of page scrolling.

Version 0.41.1? Everything’s fine on my end.

Yes, 0.41.1. Make sure you’re using outline view and expand all, then scroll the bar. BTW, I’m using Mac OS(just upgraded yesterday)
