The planning mode does not work repeatedly in the same chat window

Describe the Bug

When recreating a plan in the same chat window after completing the old plan, no todo tasks are created, and empty tasks appear in the todo list.

Steps to Reproduce

  • create a plan
  • execute the plan
  • create a new plan in the same chat
  • start executing the plan

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue in Plan mode that the team is already working on. Right now, Plan mode has sync problems when recreating plans in the same chat window, including:

  • TODO lists not updating correctly
  • Requests after the initial plan creation not updating the plan.md file properly

Temporary workaround:

The team is working on improvements. I’ve added your report to tracking. Thanks for the clear repro steps and screenshot.
