This repo changed how I use Cursor AI

Hi all!

Just wanted to share an insightful article I stumbled across that’s completely changed my approach to working with Cursor.

Documentation in the Age of AI: Why Context is the New Code explores something I’ve been struggling with - why sometimes Cursor gives amazing results and other times feels like we’re miscommunicating.

The author makes a compelling case that our documentation practices need to evolve for AI collaboration. The analogy about AI being like a chef in a messy kitchen really clicked for me.

Key points that helped me:
• Breaking context into modular, distinct sections
• Treating documentation as “configuration” for the AI
• Using more structured formats the AI can parse easily

I’ve been implementing his repo since a few weeks and my productivity with Cursor has already improved noticeably.
His GitHub project called “paelladoc” implements these concepts - has anyone else tried it?
Curious if others have found better ways to provide context to Cursor!

I have many libs i use and specific requirements im zute i cpuld add them
With this but this feels like overkill.

Wpuld be interested in aome to ing like this more simple and structured like the workflow solution posted somewhere else

Without having gone into the link, what you wrote applies also for non-AI coding

So you dont have to overdo it with complex stuff.

If you are starting out or want something stable and logical this approach works well

I just tried paelladoc based upon your suggestion. Very interesting. I was able to do a low-level script pretty quickly. Maybe I’ll try it with something larger next
