Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, I’ll need a bit more detail to investigate this properly.

Right now the report is a bit vague. Can you clarify:

  1. Where exactly do you see the inaccurate token count? Is it in the chat panel inside the IDE, on the Usage page at https://cursor.com/dashboard?tab=usage, or somewhere else?
  2. What values are you seeing vs what you expect? For example, is it showing 0 tokens when you’ve clearly used some, or are the numbers just a bit off?
  3. A screenshot of the token count you mean would help a lot.

There’s a known situation where the usage chart on the dashboard is rolling out gradually, so some accounts don’t see the full chart yet. This might be related. It’s discussed here: Usage not showing.

Also, please double check your team subscription is up to date. Payment issues can sometimes affect what shows on the dashboard.

Send over the details and I’ll dig into it.

think it was just a cache problem or smth it mysteriousl showed after i reported it , damn guys, damn
