Trouble with saving creating files/folders

I’m on macOs 14.6.1 and when I try and save or create files and folders i get these errors in the screenshot. Anyone know why? I’ve already done pretty much every variation of chmod -R 755 .cursor, sudo chown -R username:staff .cursor and other thing like install reinstall cursor.
