Not really a bug but an inconvenience.
When Cursor is applying code, the delete arrow masks the search feature of VSCode:
Could you please move it a little?

Something similar has been mentioned a couple of times previously on the forum I think.
It seems what you are referring to is the Cancel button that appears when suggestions are being generated?
That it is covering the Find dialog window?
