Unable to connect with business account domain

Hello Cursor Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue logging into Cursor.com using Google Connect with an email from the domain beapi.fr. When attempting to sign in, the process fails, and I am unable to create my account. I also tried to sign up with the classic form “email / password” but the process fails too.

Could you please check if there are any restrictions or technical issues preventing authentication for emails under this domain? Let me know if you need any additional details to troubleshoot the issue.

Hey, I just tried creating a new account and everything went smoothly. Are you using a VPN? If so, try disabling it, or if not, try enabling it.

Thank you for your response. I tried both enabling and disabling my VPN, but the issue persists. I am still unable to log in using Google Connect with my the company domain email.

Is there anything else I could try, or could you check if there are any restrictions on Cursor side?
