Hello, I’ve sent a few support request emails to [email protected] since last week, but there’s no response at all, so I’m writing on the forum.
Is Cursor team responding to the mail?
We are unable to use it because the entire domain of the company and affiliates cannot log in after initialization due to incorrect sso linkage. We ask for help very urgently as it may cause service failure.
After initializing SSO-related domain authentication and URL setting, please check if it is possible to restore it to local authentication and what is the cause.

It’s a delayed time, so please check it.
