I’m currently unable to log in to Cursor using the Google OAuth method with my work email address. The login gets redirected and fails with a “Unable to authenticate” message.
However, I can successfully log in using GitHub—but only when my personal email is the primary on the GitHub account. When I switch my work email to be the primary on GitHub, the login fails similarly to the Google OAuth method.
What I’ve Tried:
- Retried login multiple times.
- Cleared browser cache and cookies.
- Tried on different browsers and devices.
- Ensured third-party cookies are enabled.
- Verified that the work email is active and functional.
Multiple people at my company are hitting the same problem.
