Unable to reach Anthropic

I’ve been getting this error today when submitting images:

We’re having trouble connecting to Anthropic. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment. Error: Request failed with status code 400

API Error: {“type”:“error”,“error”:{“type”:“invalid_request_error”,“message”:“messages.44.content.0.image.source.base64.data: At least one of the image dimensions exceed max allowed size for many-image requests: 2000 pixels”}}

Here’s the answer to your question: it seems like you’re trying to upload an image that’s too large.
