I’ve been getting this error today when submitting images:
We’re having trouble connecting to Anthropic. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment. Error: Request failed with status code 400

Here’s the answer to your question: it seems like you’re trying to upload an image that’s too large.
Have received this same error, also occured after uploading an image using Sonnet 3.5. Removed the image and provided text based prompt, and have still been receiving the same error for the last 2+ hours.
Error usually resolves on its own, but after some time, and often not over a consistent length of time.
