Hey, thanks for sharing the report with the Request ID and stack trace, that really helped.

We had a short outage on our side today that caused chat requests to fail with this Provider Error for about 40 minutes. We found and fixed it within an hour, around 02:23 UTC. You don’t need to do anything on your side, chats should be working normally again.

If the error still shows up in new chats, send over a fresh Request ID and I’ll take a look right away.
